What "higher strength" means

A 3000mg 30ml oil holds 100mg of CBD per ml, double our 1500mg oils, so you need fewer drops for the same amount and each bottle goes further. Bright Days 900mg gummies contain 30mg CBD each, three times our regular gummies.

Is higher strength right for me?

Higher-strength products are for experienced CBD users. If you're new, start with our CBD for Beginners edit. We recommend no more than 10mg of CBD a day, in line with Food Standards Agency advice for healthy adults. With a 3000mg oil, that's about 3 drops. Each 900mg gummy contains 30mg, which is more than 10mg.
