What is CBD?

CBD (cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring compound extracted from the hemp plant. Our CBD is THC-free, so it won't make you feel "high". It's sold in the UK as a food supplement (oils, gummies, capsules) or as a cosmetic ingredient (creams and balms).

Which CBD product should I start with?

It comes down to how you like to take things. Gummies are pre-measured and easy to remember. Oils let you fine-tune your amount with the pipette. Capsules are flavourless. If you're unsure, our CBD for Beginners edit is a good place to start.

How much CBD should I take?

We recommend no more than 10mg of CBD a day, in line with Food Standards Agency advice for healthy adults. That's one 10mg gummy or capsule, or a few drops of oil.
