Every order is packed in our UK warehouse and sent tracked all the way to your door. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your yellow box of goodies.
- Same day dispatch – order before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
- Free tracked delivery on UK orders over £35.
- Free next-day delivery on UK orders over £70.
- 30-day returns – and returns are free if something’s faulty or wrong.
UK delivery options
Tracked Delivery – Royal Mail
Arrives in 2–3 working days. £3.99, or free on orders over £35.
Next-Day Tracked Delivery – Royal Mail
Arrives the next working day when you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday. £5.99, or free on orders over £70.
Dispatch times
- Order before 2pm, Monday to Friday: dispatched the same day.
- Order after 2pm, Monday to Thursday: dispatched the next working day.
- Order after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend: dispatched on Monday.
Northern Ireland, Ireland & the Channel Islands
Orders to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and the rest of the Channel Islands can take up to 10–15 working days to arrive. Next-day delivery isn’t available to these locations just yet.
Europe & international delivery
We deliver outside the UK for £3.99. Before you order, please note:
- Only our Wellness Gummies and topical CBD products can be shipped outside the UK.
- We can’t currently deliver to the US or to some countries in Europe. Not sure if we deliver to you? Get in touch.
- Import fees may apply. Any fees charged in the destination country must be paid by you to collect your parcel. Cannaray isn’t liable for these fees, or for the cost of returning or refunding goods because of them.
Tracking your order
Every order is sent tracked with proof of posting. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll email or text you your tracking number so you can follow it with Royal Mail Tracking.
- Lost your tracking number? Email our team and we’ll find it for you.
- Missed your delivery? If Royal Mail leaves a card, follow the details on it to rearrange. No card? Contact your local Royal Mail delivery office with your full name and order number.
- Parcel delayed? Royal Mail can tell you exactly where it is. If you’re still stuck, we’re here to help.
Check your address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before you place your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’re not able to change it.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect? Returns are free – we’ll cover the postage and arrange an exchange or refund.
- Changed your mind? No problem. Send your products back new and unused, and cover the return postage yourself. Products sealed for hygiene reasons can’t be returned once opened.

Delivery FAQs
How much is delivery?
UK tracked delivery is £3.99, or free on orders over £35. Next-day delivery is £5.99, or free on orders over £70. International delivery is £3.99.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm go out the next working day, and orders after 2pm on Friday or at the weekend go out on Monday.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked delivery takes 2–3 working days and next-day delivery arrives the next working day. Orders to Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Channel Islands can take 10–15 working days.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
We can’t change the address once your parcel has been dispatched, so please double-check it at checkout. If your order hasn’t gone out yet, email us as soon as possible.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, for £3.99. We can only ship Wellness Gummies and topical CBD products abroad, and we can’t currently deliver to the US or some European countries. Import fees may apply.
