How to use

Shake well before use.

We recommend no more than 10mg of CBD a day in total, in line with Food Standards Agency advice for healthy adults. If you use both oils on the same day, split that between them, for example about 3 drops of Bright Days in the morning (about 5mg CBD) and 1 drop of the 3000mg Night-Time oil in the evening (about 3mg CBD).

If you use just one oil that day, 10mg is about 6 drops of Bright Days or about 3 drops of the 3000mg Night-Time oil.

Hold for 90 seconds until fully absorbed, before swallowing.

How to take the CBD Oil Drops?

Shake your CBD oil drops well before use then squeeze the pipette and measure out your perfect level of CBD oil. If you’re a beginner, we recommend starting low and going slow with 1ml, then dialling up if you feel you need to. Drop the CBD oil underneath your tongue and hold for 90 seconds. Swallow any remaining CBD oil and enjoy your day.

If you want to take both oils together on the same day, then simply halve your dose of each oil. For example, if your ideal dosage is 1ml per day, take 0.5ml of Bright Days in the morning and 0.5ml of Night-Time in the evening.
