What are CBD gummies?

CBD gummies are chewable sweets that each contain a measured amount of CBD (cannabidiol), a compound extracted from hemp. Ours are vegan, THC-free and independently lab tested.

How much CBD is in each gummy?

Bright Days CBD Gummies contain 10mg (300mg jar) or 30mg (900mg jar) per gummy. Calm and Good Night CBD Gummies contain 10mg per gummy.

How many CBD gummies should I take?

We recommend no more than 10mg of CBD a day, in line with Food Standards Agency advice for healthy adults. That's one 10mg gummy a day (Bright Days 300mg, Calm or Good Night). Our high-strength 900mg gummies contain 30mg each, which is more than 10mg.

Do you have CBD-free gummies?

Yes. Our wellness gummies, such as Sleep, De-Stress, Ashwagandha, Sea Moss, Apple Cider Vinegar and Lion's Mane Gummies, are CBD-free. Every CBD gummy has CBD in its name. For CBD gummies only, see Shop CBD Gummies.

How many wellness gummies a day?

For our CBD-free wellness gummies it is usually two a day, but check each pack and don't exceed the stated amount. For CBD gummies, it is one 10mg gummy a day, as above.

Are they sugar-free?

Some are sweetened with polyols rather than sugar and some contain sugar; check the ingredients on each product page. Excessive consumption of polyols may produce laxative effects.
