This Promotion is organised by Cannaray Brands Limited, whose registered address is 76 Charlotte Street, 2nd Floor, London W1T 4QS (the “Promoter”).
Promotion Period: from 00:01 on 27/07/2026 to 23:59 on 25/08/2026.

PARTICIPATION
How to enter: To enter the prize draw, purchase a Promotional Product and enter your details at:
https://cannaraycbd.com/pages/tough-mudder-competition-holland-barrettPurchase and internet access are required. Please retain your promotional pack carton and purchase receipt, as these may be required to verify your entry or prize claim.
Participation in this Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the organisation or administration of this Promotion.
Maximum one entry per person during the entire Promotion Period. A cross-check will be carried out to prevent duplicate entries.
All entries must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any participant from the Promotion where that participant has provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading information, or where the Promoter reasonably suspects fraudulent activity.
PRIZES AND WINNERS
During the Promotion Period, the following prizes shall be awarded:
Main Prize
One winner will receive 2 Tough Mudder event entries, redeemable using 2 separate unique codes, for a 2026 Tough Mudder event of the winner’s choice, subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions. The prize includes event entry only and excludes travel, accommodation and any other associated costs.
Runner-Up Prizes
Ten winners will each receive a Cannaray Energy & Recovery Bundle, containing:
- Cannaray Energy Powder Drink
- Cannaray Turmeric Capsules
- Cannaray Muscle Rescue Balm
Winner selection will take place in a random prize draw on Wednesday 26th August 2026. Winners will be selected at random by software from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winners will be contacted by email on Wednesday 26th August 2026 and must confirm acceptance of their prize by Tuesday 1st September 2026.
If a winner refuses the prize or does not respond by Tuesday 1st September 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
The Main Prize winner will be contacted to arrange fulfilment of the prize. Runner-Up Prize winners will receive their prize within one month of the Promoter receiving their delivery details.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
If, for any reason, a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Any tax liability arising in connection with the prizes shall be borne by the Promoter where applicable.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury arising from the acceptance or use of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
TOUGH MUDDER EVENT TICKET PRIZE CONDITIONS
Tough Mudder Event Ticket prizes are valid for selected 2026 Tough Mudder events only, with dates available from 25/08/2026 to 11/10/2026.
Exclusions apply. Prize codes are not valid for:
- First Mudder
- Tough Mudder Infinity
- World’s Toughest Mudder
Prize codes are also not valid for spectator tickets or kids’ tickets, which require separate codes.
The winner will be provided with unique code(s) to redeem their prize against Tough Mudder event entry only.
One code is redeemable against one entry only. Multiple entries must be processed separately using individual codes. For example, 10 entries = 10 separate codes.
The winner must book their chosen Tough Mudder event via:
https://toughmudder.co.uk/events/Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the event date to ensure entry.

The prize covers the event entry fee only. It does not include:
- travel
- accommodation
- spectator tickets
- kids’ tickets
- or any other additional costs associated with attending the event
Each code may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
By redeeming and using the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by Tough Mudder’s booking terms and participant waiver.

By entering this Promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may collect and process the personal information submitted in the entry form, including full name and email address, for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
Participants agree that the Promoter may use this personal information to administer the prize draw, contact winners and arrange prize fulfilment.
The Promoter reserves the right to publish the surname and county of residence of winners. This information will be available for 2 months after the end of the Promotion. Winners may object to the publication of this information by notifying the Promoter in writing.
Personal information will be retained for the duration of the Promotion and for 2 months after the Promotion has ended.
Where participants have provided their express consent, personal information may also be used by the Promoter for electronic marketing purposes.

LIABILITY
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
PROOF
- The Promotor has put in place the technical means necessary to demonstrate the participation or non-participation of a participant. Except in the case of manifest error, the data contained in the Promotor’s information systems are conclusive as to the connection elements and information resulting from computer processing relating to the Promotion.
- Participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative value of the aforementioned elements of nature or in computer or electronic formats or media, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever which specifies that certain documents must be in writing or signed by the parties to constitute proof.
- Thus the elements considered constitute proof and, if they are produced as means of proof by the Promotor in any litigation or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and opposable between the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received or kept in writing.
APPLICABLE LAW
- If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
- These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London (United Kingdom).
