Bright Days CBD Oil Drops are our daytime oils, made with coconut MCT oil and natural flavours: zesty Lime & Juniper (500mg/10ml or 1500mg/30ml) and Juicy Orange (500mg/10ml, 1500mg/30ml or 3000mg/30ml). The Juicy Orange 1500mg is our most popular Bright Days oil.
Night-Time CBD Oil Drops are the evening half of the routine: Soothing Peppermint (600mg/10ml or 1800mg/30ml) adds organic hemp seed oil and a fresh minty finish, and Forest Fruits (3000mg/30ml) is our highest-strength night-time oil. Peppermint 1800mg is our most-ordered oil of the past year.
Understanding CBD oil strength
The milligram figure is the total CBD in the bottle, not the amount per drop. A 3000mg 30ml bottle holds twice as much CBD per ml as a 1500mg 30ml bottle, so you need fewer drops for the same amount. Our CBD strength guide explains it in detail.
How to take CBD oil
Shake the bottle, fill the pipette to your amount, and hold the oil under your tongue for about 90 seconds before swallowing. You can also stir it into a smoothie, coffee or herbal tea. We recommend no more than 10mg of CBD a day, in line with Food Standards Agency advice for healthy adults.
