All orders placed on the Cannaray CBD website are processed and dispatched in the UK.
All orders are sent tracked with proof of posting. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email or text message to notify you that your order has been shipped. This message will also contain the tracking code for your order.
Please follow this link to track your parcel: Royal Mail Tracking. Your tracking number will be included in the email and or text message sent to you when your item was dispatched.
If you have misplaced your tracking number then please contact our customer care team who will be happy to assist.
If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail has attempted delivery, please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card. If you have not received a card, please contact your local Royal Mail depot and confirm both your full name and order number to rearrange delivery.
In the event of any delays or problems with your parcel, please contact Royal Mail directly.
Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct prior to completing your order, as these details cannot be changed once the order has been despatched.
We offer free tracked delivery on all orders over £30 and free next day delivery on orders over £70:
Tracked Delivery - Royal Mail 2-3 business days, ground shipping (for £3.99, or free for orders over £30).
Next-Day Tracked Delivery - Royal Mail 1 business day if ordered by 12pm, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next day (for £5.99, or free for orders over £70).
All orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
We offer delivery outside of the UK at £3.99.
Please note that orders to the Channel Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland and Northern Ireland can take up to 10-15 working days to arrive. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer next-day delivery to these locations at this time.
Please note that all Europe & International orders will be liable to import fees, which must be paid by the customer to claim the parcel once the order reaches the destination country. Cannaray CBD are not liable for any fees, nor the cost of return or refund of any goods due to these fees.
Please note we are only able to ship our Wellness Gummies and Topical CBD products outside of the UK.
Please note we cannot currently deliver to the US and certain countries within Europe. Please contact us if you require more information.
If the products purchased are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we may offer you an exchange or refund as appropriate.
For most products bought online you can change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.
