Directions
Shake your CBD oil drops well before use then squeeze the pipette and measure out 1ml or 1 full dropper of CBD Oil (50mg CBD for the Bright Days formula, or 60mg CBD for the Night Time formula). Drop the CBD oil underneath your tongue and hold for 90 seconds. Swallow any remaining CBD oil and enjoy your day.
If you're looking to take both together in a day, then simply halve the dose to 25mg of the Bright Days CBD Oil and 30mg of the Night-Time CBD Oil to not exceed 70mg CBD per day.

You can enjoy up to 70mg of CBD per day, which gives you two ways to use your pre-built routine:

Using the products together as a kit: take just under half a dropper of each in the same day. Using the glass pipette in the Bright Days bottle, measure out 0.5ml of oil, which is equal to 25mg of CBD. Do this in the AM, then measure out a half dropper of the Night-Time oil in the PM for approximately 30mg of CBD. This gives you around 55mg of CBD per day in total.

Using each product individually: mix and match by choosing one CBD oil each day, depending on your mood. Take one full dropper (1ml) of your chosen oil, which gives you approximately 50mg of CBD from the Bright Days bottle or 60mg of CBD from the Night-Time bottle.
